  • What shipping services do you offer?
    We offer the following shipping services: USPS® Ground Advantage™ USPS® Priority Mail™ FedEx® Ground™ FedEx® 2Day™ UPS® 2nd Day Air™ UPS® Next Day Air™
  • Can I track my package?
    Absolutely. All of our shipments are trackable through the "My Orders" page, and we send an email containing a tracking number when we ship your order.
  • Are the packages insured against damage, loss or theft?
    All of our shipments are insured up to the cost of the order, at no extra cost to you. If something DOES happen to the order while it's in transit, send us a message through the "Contact Us" page, or send us an email at support@mistsofvalhalla.net. We'll do everything in our power to make it right.
  • Do you offer local delivery?
    Not at this time.
  • Do you offer local pickup?
    Unfortunately, not anymore.
  • How long does it take to ship my order?
    Everything ships within 1 business day of us completeing it. If we run into an issue while we're making your order, we'll let you know. This is the main reason why we ask you to give us your correct contact info during checkout.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    Absolutely! Fill your cart with $149.00 worth of stuff before tax and shipping costs, and the free shipping option will magically appear. The only option for free shipping is USPS® Priority Mail™.
  • Why does your shipping cost so much?
    The rates are what are called "Live Rates", and are set by the various carriers. We can't control how much they charge. We actually make no money on shipping services, so the price that's displayed is what it costs us to ship your order to you.
  • Do you accept returns?
    Short answer: Maybe. Long answer: If you opened it, no. Anything that gets returned MUST BE UNOPENED. We can't take the chance of germs or foreign debris getting inside bottles, then us selling that bottle to another customer and getting sued. That gets really expensive. Once you open it, it's yours. If you complete the return process, but lie to us and send us an open item, not only will you not receive a refund, but you'll be charged $25.00 for biohazardous waste disposal, because we don't know what foreign bodies may have gotten into the bottles. We can't take any chances.
  • How do I return something that I ordered?
    You need an RMA Form to return anything. You can get one by contacting us at support@mistsofvalhalla.net or by visiting our Returns Page. If you fail to include the RMA Form with your return, your return will be refused and you will be billed for what it costs us to send your items back to you. Make sure to put your correct contact information in the request, so we can get in touch with you. We will have questions. Also, PLEASE WRITE YOUR RMA NUMBER ON THE RETURNED PACKAGE, like this: RMA 123456-789012.
  • I tried a scent, but didn't like it. Can I exchange it for something else?
    If you try and don't like a scent, send us an email at support@mistsofvalhalla.net and let us know why you didn't like it. We might give you a special discount code to get something you do like. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase!
  • What is your Privacy Policy?
    Our privacy policy is stupid simple. We'll NEVER disclose, transmit, sell or transfer any of your personal information to ANY third parties, unless required to do so by law or direct court order. You can view our full privacy policy here.
  • Is your site secure?
    Short answer: Yes, it's secure. Longer technical answer: Our site utilizes the following security features: SSL Certificate Authenticates our site’s identity and enables an encrypted connection, so that you know you can trust our site. TLS 1.3 Encryption Encrypts your data using the latest industry-standard protocols to keep your information safe. DDoS Rerouting Protection In a DDoS attack, sites are flooded with unwanted traffic that overburdens the system. We reroute this malicious traffic to keep the site accessible at all times. Level 1 PCI Compliance Our site complies with the highest global standard for secure online payments, regardless of the payment provider used. We use the United States Governmental Standard AES SSL 256-Bit encryption for our site. All payment transactions are End-to-End Encrypted (E2EE) as well. When you make a payment with your credit/debit/gift card, all we see is the last 4 digits of your card number.
  • Do you offer deals or discounts?
    Of course we do! Naturally there's some stuff we want to keep to ourselves, but if you head over to our Deals Page, you'll find some stuff there that might tickle your fancy. All of our sales will be listed there too.
